The Kids Love to Party

Last Saturday afternoon the Bunch Family hosted another fantastic dance party in honour of Mom and Canada Moms Blog was there to celebrate going live. Heck, we don't even need an excuse to celebrate, we just like to party.

My daughter Gigi had a blast and after inhaling her first ever cone of cotton candy floss she was seriously tripping hard. It's a good thing we had a dance floor to use (and trust me, we used it because the DJ and tunes were great.)

In fact everyone had a blast, kids were busting moves everywhere and even the babies were working the room -- Jasper of Her Bad Mother fame worked circles around me at the bar. Of course their were adults who came out to party with the kids and among them were Canada Moms Blog writers Haley-O and Ali (we missed you Karen), along with other Toronto bloggers like No Mother Earth, Mamalooper, and Emma.

There was dancing, there were photos, there were little people tripping all over each other, and mom was celebrated in glam rock style. And there was also the mind-blowing moment when a couple of the girls (specifically hers and mine) took to the bar, which had a pole... and I'm not exactly sure what I think about that. All I know is the girls had a blast -- and so did we.

I called it coyote cute overload on Twitter which is completely true if I don't think too hard about it.

Another huge thank you to the Bunch Family for helping Canada Moms Blog celebrate kicking it mama-style because that's how we like to do things around here.
